Introduction:

Background
Ayaz started his career in 1991 as a Software Developer. He worked with a few local and multinational organization and in 1996, he established his own software development firm.

He started developing web sites in 1998. He has designers who work on graphics and animations, so he can keep focusing on project management and development.

He is using PHP since 2002, he was using PERL since 1998 but after learning PHP, he decided not to work with PERL anymore.

In 2006, he completed 100 hours course on "Project Management", it helped in organizing projects using proven techniques.

Technical Experience
Ayaz has been working as a project manager and systems analyst, mainly for database related jobs, his responsibilities were:

• Systems Analysis & Designing
• Database Design and Development (MySQL, MS SQL Server, MSDE, Oracle, MS Access, FoxPro)
• Data Migration between various DBMS
• Database Upsizing and Fine-Tuning
• Application Development (Visual FoxPro, Visual Basic)
• Software Development for PDA
• Application Re-Engineering (FoxPro for Dos to Visual FoxPro, Visual Basic)
• Complex GUI Design and Implementation
• Localization of Software Products
• Software Testing

MySQL is his favorite database for web applications and he prefers Microsoft SQL Server for desktop applications.

Ayaz loves developing applications and exploring latest technologies, he finds time to code a few applications if not many, mainly to help his developers and to stay in touch with technology. He can code better than full time programmers although he has very limited time.

Philosophy
His extensive knowledge of databases helps him developing database driven applications. He likes unique and challenging assignments.

Ayaz has worked as project manager, systems analyst, database application developer and programmer. His major achievements are as systems analyst, specialized in Accounts and Inventory related jobs, he has analyzed and developed number of comprehensive integrated applications for manufacturing and trading concerns.
